Standard packaging is included in our pricing. Please call for quotes on any special packaging. Special packaging requirements must be confirmed via email.

Delivery

If you are lucky enough to live within a 30-mile radius of Street Graphex, AND we are headed your way, we will deliver your product to you for free.  As a matter of fact, if there is no rush, we may just make a special trip to you - for free.  If you are in a rush - and need us to deliver your products, you may incur a $25 delivery fee.

Shipping Charges defined....

When you receive your estimate for your order, you will most likely see an estimated shipping charge or an actual shipping charge.  Street Graphex is a printing service.  We do not stock any product.   When you place an order with us, there will be shipping charges to get your product shipped to Street Graphex.  We do not hide that cost.  We do not raise the price of the product to cover shipping unless you REQUEST that we include shipping in the per item price.  This is a level of complexity we really do not want to have to do!  Shipping costs go up and down with the price of gas, so unless you request it, we really do not want to have to constantly calculate the per item cost to have your item shipped to us. 

When we create an estimate for the product you are ordering, we put an estimated shipping charge on your quote.  You do not receive your invoice until we are done with your job.  Then we will simply put the shipping charge that we paid to receive your items on your invoice.   To determine your average cost per item, divide the invoice total by the number of items ordered. (For apparel, youth and extended sizes cost more.)

How We Ship

When we must ship to you, orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground F.O.B. unless otherwise requested.   On split shipments, there will be an additional charge per location.  Please submit a shipment list with address & zip codes.  FedEx and UPS require a street address.   Alternate delivery is available upon request via FedEx or UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, USPS or DHL. Certain areas (including our area) may not be served by some of the express carriers.

PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE SHIPPING TIME TO YOUR DESTINATION.
We cannot guarantee the "carriers" delivery time and are not responsible for orders lost in transit. We will provide tracking numbers for your shipment only upon request.
