How To Order Dye Sub Items From Street Graphex
With over 300 substrates to apply your image to, dye sublimation is a perfect gift idea. Whether you want a
t-shirt, sweatshirt, plaque, clock, tile, coffee mug or any of the other great gift items, you will follow these simple steps
to place an order.
Our staff is available between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through
Friday, to take your order.

Follow these steps and you will get fabulous dye sub apparel, gifts, awards, plaques etc!
- 1) Pick your item that you want to have your image applied to.
- 2) Don't forget to pick a color if you are doing apparel. White will give you the best results!
- 3) If apparel, decide where you want your artwork to appear. (front, back, heartcrest,sleeve.)
Do you have your own pictures or artwork? If it is artwork, is it camera ready? Will we need to create your art?

to review your options for getting artwork to us and formats we can accept. High resolution digital pictures work best.
We can not work with poor quality pictures as we can not 'fix' them.
- 4) Determine the quantity of items you wish to order.
- 5) When do you need this done? We like to have 10 business days but can work with shorter time frames for some things.

Once you have a quote, you'll need to follow a few more steps:
- 8) Make arrangements for payment. As with ANY custom work, you will need to pre-pay for work to begin on your
project. We do have a procedure for applying for credit with Street Graphex if you are interested.
- 8) Submit your artwork or design idea. Please include contact information if we have questions.
- 9) Approve the final artwork. This is required for us to continue with the job.
- 10) Pick up or we ship your order. We do not inflate prices to offer free shipping. If we
ship to you, you will be responsible for payment before we ship.
